Frequently asked questions
What counts as a lead?
A lead is a new request: a missed call, your website form or a WhatsApp message from a new number. If someone calls or messages again within a day, it does not count twice.
What happens if I go over my number?
Nothing. The assistant keeps answering and booking. You see it in your dashboard and get one email. If you want headroom, pick a bigger plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, whenever you want, through your billing page. We settle the difference pro rata.
Can I cancel?
Monthly, on the same page. Your leads and conversations stay where they are.
Can I try it first?
Yes. A new account gets three free test leads. Enough to let the assistant handle one real customer and to run a test yourself. Then you pick a plan. If you don't, the assistant stops replying. Your account and your leads are kept.
